Despite a long career in piano, Kinako felt an intangible yearning that she couldn't quite define. Her path of expression eventually expanded from the keys to the paper. Currently, she creates works that float within a world where the boundaries between music and painting dissolve.

Expressing the movement of sonic particles as they intertwine, dissolve, and collide upon the keys.
