万が一、「不良品」や「お届け商品の間違い」があった場合は、当方（e-ART-h企画）負担で対応させていただきます。

返品対象：不良品、または注文と異なる商品が届いた場合。

返品期限：作品到着後7日以内にご連絡ください。

返品方法：メールにてご連絡をお願いいたします。確認後、7日以内にご指定の口座へ代金を返金いたします。

破損について：配送中の破損が疑われる場合は、破棄せず、先に弊社までご連絡ください。

Return and Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, e-ART-h kikaku will cover all costs to resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns: Defective items or items different from your order.

Notification Period: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

How to Return: Please contact us via email. Upon confirmation, we will refund the full amount to your designated bank account within 7 days.

Regarding Shipping Damage If you suspect the artwork was damaged during transit, please do not discard the item or packaging. Contact us first for further instructions.
