2012 相模原から長野にアトリエを移転

1962: Born in Koganei, Tokyo; raised in Yokosuka until 1989.
1986-87: Studied abroad in former West Germany.
1988: Graduated from Joshibi University of Art and Design, Department of Art, Major in Art Studies.
1991: Completed Master’s program in Art Education at Yokohama National University.
2000: Recipient of the 14th Holbein Scholarship.
2012: Relocated studio from Sagamihara to Nagano.
2024: Currently resides in Karuizawa.
