［今回、ナムラ賞をいただいたのは、岩手県の盛岡藝術舎さんの「ミニアチュールzero 2026展」です。
「登竜門」という公募サイトで「小さい作品でも応募できる公募展はないかな」と探したのがきっかけです。F0号なので「レターパックで送る」という応募方法もハードルを下げてくれました。

(作品について)
「流るる風景」（F0号 パステル画）

画面に「ゆったりとした時間の流れ」と
「いつか見た旅の風景・これから見る旅の風景」を
織り込むことが出来ればいいなと思い制作しました。
左右に流れている青い形が「時間の流れ」です。
海沿いのテラスのような場面なので、
魚が泳いでいる（流れている）ようなイメージも持ってもらえたら嬉しいです。
タイトル「流るる風景」は「流れる風景」よりも
目の前で、現在流れている感じがしたので、そのようにしました。
（※後で調べたら「るる」は、百人一首や徒然草などの古文に出てくる表現みたいですね。）
今回の作品は、公募展に合わせて制作した訳ではなく、少し前に描いていたものです。
ちょうど応募期間の直前は体調を崩していたので、
調子の良い時に制作して置いて良かったとつくづく思いました。
これからも作品の大きさ・画材などの試行錯誤を楽しみながら
自分の作風を作っていきたいです。］

[Message from ka_wa]
"The event where I received the Namura Award is the 'Miniature Zero 2026 Exhibition' hosted by Morioka Geijutsu-sha in Iwate Prefecture. It all started when I was browsing a public submission website called Toryumon, looking for an open-call exhibition where I could submit smaller works. Since the canvas size was F0, being able to simply mail it via Letter Pack (a Japanese postal service) really lowered the barrier to entry for me.

About the Artwork
Title: 'Nagaruru Fūkei' (The Ever-Flowing Landscape)

When creating this piece, I wanted to weave together a sense of 'gently flowing time' along with 'a landscape from a past journey, or perhaps one yet to be seen.'
The blue shapes flowing to the left and right represent the passage of time. Since the setting feels like a terrace by the sea, I would be delighted if it also brought to mind the image of fish swimming (or drifting) by.
For the title, I chose 'Nagaruru Fūkei' instead of the more modern 'Nagareru Fūkei.' 'Nagaruru' gives a stronger impression of something actively flowing right in front of your eyes at this very moment. (I later looked it up and found that 'ruru' is a classical expression found in ancient Japanese literature, like the Hyakunin Isshu and Tsurezuregusa!)
I didn't actually create this piece specifically for this exhibition; I had painted it a little while ago. Right before the submission period, I happened to fall ill, so I was profoundly grateful that I had created this during a time when I was feeling well.
Moving forward, I want to continue enjoying the process of trial and error with different sizes and mediums as I shape my own artistic style."
